PDRCI and the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) renewed its partnership for the promotion and formulation of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) policies for amateur sports in the Philippines. The partnership will provide athletes, National Sports Associations, and all other stakeholders in Philippine sports a venue where disputes may be settled amicably and expeditiously, thereby allowing athletes and officials to focus more on training and competitions to bring glory to the country.

PSC Chairman Richard Bachmann signed the Memorandum of Agreement with PDRCI Acting President Atty. Rogelio Nicandro. PSC Commissioner Matthew Gaston, PSC Legal Affairs Head Atty. Michelle Labajanan, PDRCI Chairman Atty. Victor Lazatin, PDRCI Executive Director and Deputy Secretary General Atty. Arleo Magtibay Jr., PDRCI Sports Arbitration Committee Chair Atty. Charlie Ho, and PDRCI Asst. Executive Director Atty. Alejandro Gaston Jr. were present to witness the signing conducted at the PSC Office in RMSC, Manila.
