PDRC held its Annual General Membership Meeting (GMM) on August 24, 2015 where the participants were welcomed by Atty. Miguel B. Varela, Chairman, PDRC Board of Trustees. The GMM was highlighted by: (1) the reports of President Gregorio S. Navarro on the significant accomplishments of PDRC during his term, and Treasurer Donemark L. Calimon on PDRC’s financial status; and (2) the oath-taking of new members.
The new members who took their oaths before Atty. Victoriano V. Orocio, Chair of Membership Committee were: Balon, Moises A; Bantasan, Joel C; Bantilan, Peter M; Sagrado-Cabato, Marie Christine S.; Chua, Irving N.; Domingo, Maria Theresa S.; Espinosa, Lourdes J.; Lao, Loren Hallilah I.; Lynn, Jacques S.; Magtibay, Arleo Antonio R.; Perez-Morales, Victoria M.; Pagdanganan, Liam S.; Puno, Bolivar E.; See, Mary Kimberlie, C.; Sta. Maria, Cicero L.; Tabayoyong, Randall C.; Varias, Melvin L.; Vasquez, Pancho, A.; and Veloso, Jose Antonio K.
The GMM culminated with the lecture of Mr. Chito Sta. Romana, a renowned expert on China entitled, ‘Understanding China: Its Position on the West Philippine Sea Arbitration Case,’ who was introduced by PDRC Secretary General Roberto N. Dio.
